In 2019, Ruitai Company celebrated the May Fourth Youth Festival outdoor development activities
On May 4th, Ruitai Company launched a team expansion activity entitled “Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the May Fourth Movement”. More than 50 employees from all departments of the company participated in the expansion.
On the day of the event, the coach randomly divided the youths who participated in the activity into 4 squads. Each team made their own plans to select the team leader for their team, and compiled the queue name and slogan.
Under the command of the coach, the four squads carried out activities such as “trust back” and “climbing the wall” in the loud and tidy slogan. Faced with a challenging project, the team members actively participated, challenged the difficulties, brainstormed and challenged themselves, and encouraged each other to complete the challenge with their thoughts and sweat.
